Write away your worries and craft your words into therapy. Kate will lead exercises encouraging you to find your voice, listen to your words (if you’re willing to share) and then give feed back (if it’s desired).

Monthly on the 2nd Tuesdays, from 7:30-8:30pm. $10-$35 sliding scale. All levels welcome. Maximum 12 per session.
